Senior Business Analyst

Business analysis brings the full power of technology to life for Harrods. As one of our Senior Business Analysts, you’ll find new, simple ways to map technology to complex business needs. By doing this across multiple projects, you’ll help drive our progress – and we’ll do exactly the same for you.

By developing, supporting and improving our processes and documentation, you’ll ensure we get the most from a wide range of IT applications, projects and programmes. This will result in clear project enhancements not just general, ongoing improvement.

About you

Your analytical and product management skills will have been gained in a similar role, ideally in retail. You’ll also understand the whole project lifecycle and have a strong grasp of the big picture. Perhaps most importantly, you’ll be able to outline problems to different internal teams across all streams of the business – many of them non-technical – then help resolve the challenges. To make an immediate impact in the role, you’ll also need:

• Deep knowledge of business analysis methodologies
• Well-developed requirement analysis skills
• Knowledge of user experience and information architecture
• Expertise in data structure and data models
• Exposure to Behaviour Driven Design, including tools such as Gherkin and Cucumber
