We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join the Harrods Store Development Team.

As a Senior PM, you will report directly to the Director of Store Development and mange a team of Project Managers to deliver a wide ranging programme of construction projects in our iconic Knightsbridge store.  These projects are part of a multi-million pound investment programme which will run until 2020, to ensure we continue to maximise our retail space to its full potential.

Along the project journey you will consult with varied specialists, from design teams and lighting consultants to electrical and structural engineers. You will also be liaise frequently with external clients, so it is important that you have both confidence and excellent communication skills.Projects at Harrods are fast-moving, so you must feel able to maintain the highest possible standards while working to tight deadlines. You will also relish the challenge of uniting a brand’s vision with the Harrods Retail team’s requirements, and producing the unrivalled visual aesthetic that makes Harrods so iconic.

To be successful, you will need a degree in surveying, construction management or architecture coupled with professional experience in project management. A strong understanding of contractual procedures and knowledge of managing office, hotel, or retail fit-outs on-site is essential.
