Senior Sales Associate - Make-up

As a Senior Sales Associate based at our H beauty Milton Keynes store, you’ll act as a representative of our Brand partners, providing a truly remarkable experience for every customer. Acting as a role model, people coach and product expert, you’ll drive sales and business initiatives, ensuring all targets are achieved & exceeded, while maintaining a high level of pride in what you do. 

About the role  

Building relationships with our brand partners comes naturally to you. With your high energy, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for the industry you love to work collaboratively, acting as a key link between Harrods and your brands.

After attending all required brand training sessions, you will become a Training Ambassador for the store, sharing your newly found knowledge on upcoming product launches with your colleagues in sessions such as team briefs, one to one and virtual learning – utilising any brand tools and material available to you.
You'll look after a number of brands, and take ownership and responsibility for their performances, which you will drive both individually but also creating a strong and knowledgeable team of colleagues around you.
