We are looking for a SEO Executive to join our Performance Marketing team at Harrods. This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting and innovative team, making valuable contributions to the wider business, and working towards omnichannel objectives to increase learning and development.
About the Role
The SEO Executive will be reporting into the Senior Search Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for the execution of strategic tasks across SEO to drive business goals and monitoring KPIs. The role will ensure the completion of new initiatives launching correctly and carrying out strategic analysis and reporting.
This role will be essential in driving traffic to our websites and stores including our H beauty stores; delivering exceptional results and adapting to platform updates to ensure the business is ahead of competitors.
You will also be responsible for:
- Creating an omnichannel campaign critical path to manage touchpoints and ensure prompt delivery according to deadlines.
- Executing demand gen, local display and PPC strategy focused on store goals, monitor budget and manage reporting requirements.
- Coordinating and executing analysis and reporting requirements to deliver a cohesive and seamless understanding of performance relating to omnichannel KPIs.
- Working with the relevant teams to assist with the optimisation, creation and tracking of Google Business Profiles, Bing Locations, Apple Business Connect and online landing pages for store goal purposes.
- Building a yearly activation calendar and identify requirements for execution.
- Managing campaign finances – raising POs and processing invoices.
- Using tools such as GA, GA4, Google Ads, SA360, Bing Ads, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs.
About You
You will be experienced in and have a good understanding of SEO principles and ad platforms, particularly of Google Business Profiles. You will be analytical with strong attention to detail and have experience with data-driven decision making, particularly with a commercial and reporting mindset. You will have a growing knowledge of the Baidu search engine and understand nuances to be able to oversee optimisations required for the China PPC account and website.
You are organised and able to prioritise tasks, and have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate cross-functionally with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. You will have the flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities with the ability to reprioritise based on deadlines and business requirements, while having the ability to delegate tasks.
