Our Stock team are now looking for a Stock Assistant to aid them in their quest to manage a world class photo studio for Harrods’ stock. Working at our City Road studio, Stock Assistants play a vital role in ensuring the smooth product flow throughout the studio photography process.

About the Role 

A Stock Assistant here at Harrods ensures our luxury items are impeccably organised and ready to impress our customers. With an eye for detail and a passion for perfection, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the elegance and seamless experience Harrods is renowned for.

As a Stock Assistant, your role blends meticulous organisation with digital precision. Your mornings will consist of preparing and organising materials to return to the famous Harrods shop floor or distribution centres ensuring everything is in perfect condition. Afternoons focus on receiving and processing new deliveries, where you’ll inspect items for quality and accuracy before updating the inventory system. Experience in using functionalities such as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite are indeed beneficial but not mandatory.

About You 

As a passionate ambassador for the Harrods brand you have an eye for detail, you ensure that everything is in its perfect place in the photo studio. You’re equally comfortable handling physical tasks and managing digital inventory systems, balancing both with ease. Your proactive approach to the role, coupled with a strong work ethic make you a vital part of the team, ensuring our studio runs smoothly and efficiently everyday.


You'll also -
•    Be good with numbers and have strong computer literacy.
•    Have the ability to identify problems, demonstrate use of initiative and implement appropriate solutions.
•    Possess excellent communication skills.
•    Be flexible, self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven
