Supply Chain Project Coordinator

Our Supply Chain function has a new and exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Project Coordinator to join this expanding team.

The role will support the Supply Chain Manager in Project and Change Management to ensure successful delivery on-time and within budget, as well as guaranteeing all aspects from concept and initiation to go live are considered and that all stakeholders are identified and engaged.

About the Role

This role entails supporting the Supply Chain Project Managers in Project and Change Management to ensure successful delivery on-time and within budget and that all aspects from concept and initiation to go live support and realisation are considered.

The role will provide project expertise to support internal and external parties, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and Harrods policies to deliver new solutions, processes and infrastructure

As a Supply Chain Project Coordinator , you will be an ambassador for developing the team and for continuous learning and improvement, seeking opportunities to drive all forms of optimisation. This includes skills development, change initiation, requirements gathering, delivery and implementation of improvement initiatives.

About You

You will be someone who has strong experience in managing small and medium size projects and multiple projects simultaneously, and a hold a project management qualification e.g. Prince 2. You will possess excellent planning and Control skills, using recognised planning tools e.g. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet as well as good people management skills– particularly influencing/managing people without direct authority.
