About the Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a high‑performing recruitment function that delivers for today and builds for tomorrow.

About You

You’re a confident and experienced people manager who enjoys leading teams, building strong relationships and delivering recruitment that makes a real impact.

You will:

  • Bring proven experience managing a large recruitment team, ideally across multiple disciplines
  • Have hands‑on experience recruiting across volume and head‑office / specialist roles
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates
  • Use data and insight to track performance, drive improvement and inform hiring decisions
  • Be passionate about candidate experience, inclusive hiring and developing strong, engaged teams
