You will be reliable and always eager to help, stepping in wherever needed to make sure the Grotto is running smoothly and efficiently.
With your infectious cheerfulness and warm personality, you will deliver a unique customer service, going above and beyond to get each visitor into the festive spirit. Willing to entertain people of all ages, you will be super positive, effortlessly dealing with multiple customers without losing your Christmas cheer. In this exceptionally busy and demanding environment, you will ensure all customers’ expectations are managed effectively
What is important?
This role requires flexibility to work full time on a shift basis between November and Christmas Eve (24th December), including weekends.
