Waiter/Waitress - The Brasserie

We’re looking for Waiters/Waitresses to join our team in a brand new restaurant opening; The Brasserie. You will be integral in our mission to bring moments of delight to our customers by delivering exceptional customer service.  

The new concept is made up of 130 seats and up to 650 covers per day with a team of 35 front of house.

You will be fully flexible work full time, weekdays / weekends and ideally have hospitality and catering experience. Most of all, you will have bags of energy, personality and willingness to learn.

Your responsibilities:

• Genuine passion for five star service
• Understanding of London diners
• Greet, serve and engage customers in a warm and friendly manner
• Maintain the highest levels of standards for all product preparation including drinks, coffees and food
• Adhere to all Food and Safety Procedures
• Keen to attend training sessions provided by management to develop staff
• Be fully flexible and work across all aspects of the Restaurant operations and functions as required.
