Workday Integrations Engineer

We a new position for a Workday Integrations Engineer to join our expanding Workday team at Harrods.

About the role

As the Workday Integrations Engineer at Harrods, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of integrations to and from the Workday platform. Your expertise will ensure seamless data exchange and efficient workflows between Workday and various external and internal systems and suppliers.

You will manage demand from both BAU and project, and work closely with stakeholders across IT and HR, and with external software suppliers, to understand requirements, prioritise, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality integrations that improve our landscape.

About you

We are looking for someone who has strong experience in designing and implementing integrations within the Workday platform. You will be proficient with Workday Integration tools such as Workday Studio, API’s, and Cloud Connect, as well as integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, XML, and Web Services.

You will have a solid understanding of Workday business processes and how they are configured. Further to this, you will have strong  analytical and problem-solving  skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Finally, you will have excellent interpersonal and engagement skills with the ability able to present information in a clear way to different audiences.
