Talent Acquisition Partner
We’re looking for an Art Director to lead the creative vision and direction of Harrods’ social media channels, delivering innovative and engaging content that reflects our iconic luxury brand. Please attach your portfolio as a PDF document where possible to be considered.
About the Role
As Art Director, you’ll spearhead creative strategy across social platforms, ensuring all content is both trend-led and brand-aligned. You’ll bring bold ideas to life, inspiring and guiding your team to deliver work that captures attention, builds engagement, and enhances Harrods’ global presence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the creative vision and strategy across all Harrods social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels.
- Developing innovative, luxury-led campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and audience growth.
- Collaborating with social, content, marketing, and PR teams to align messaging and objectives.
- Inspiring and guiding a creative team of designers, videographers, copywriters, and external partners.
- Monitoring performance and trends to continually refine and evolve creative output.
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You
You will be a visionary creative with proven experience in shaping and delivering impactful social campaigns. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, you will combine bold storytelling with strategic thinking to create content that is both beautiful and effective. You’ll be confident leading a team, collaborating across functions, and presenting ideas that influence at the highest levels. Above all, you’ll bring passion for luxury, innovation, and digital creativity.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A strong portfolio of social-first creative campaigns within luxury, fashion, or lifestyle.
- Proven experience leading creative teams and delivering cross-platform content.
- Deep understanding of social trends, platforms, and performance metrics.
