You will be fully comfortable communicating with your team, concessions partners and senior managers alike. Experience in luxury retail is essential for this role.

What to expect

As an Assistant Manager in our Womenswear Super Brands, you will be expected to coach your team and help our concessions delivering the Harrods customer service experience and achieve sales targets. You will be expected to assist our brands in resolving any issue that might arise, as well as ensuring Harrods standards are maintained throughout the department. Meanwhile, you’ll keep a close eye on our competitors and constantly assess how we can improve our processes.

With strong communicating skills, you will also need to adapt your style to suit each team member and brand. You will need to be a true people person in order to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
