Audio and Digital Signage Manager

We are looking for an Audio and Digital Signage Manager to join our IT team here at Harrods. , You will be responsible for overseeing the audio visual design, implementation, and maintenance within our retail locations.

About the Role

As the Audio and Digital Signage Manager you will be creating captivating in-store experiences for our customers while ensuring that all AV systems operate efficiently. The role will also see you overseeing the installation, and maintenance of AV systems, Including but not limited to Implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.

You will also;

• Be the main point of escalation for Internal and external stakeholders regarding AV related matters
• Manage strategic relationships with Harrods vendors to drive continuous improvement and value add to all engagements.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to transform and enhance the audio visual estate in alignment with business goals.
• Ensure all systems are pro-actively monitored and checked to support up time of all audio visual solutions
• Design and implement audio visual solutions that complement  and meet the Harrods standards both store facing and IT architecture.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver who can manage both design and technical aspects of audio visual solutions, supervise service operations, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage budgets effectively. It is important in this role to be Resilient, tenacious and genuinely open to development feedback.  Continually adapting your style to get the best outcomes for your people, customers and for the business.

You will also have the following;

• Qualifications certifications CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I, AVIXA or similar.
• Ability to engage and drive vendors, contractors and partners to source kit and support technology
• Strong communications skills both written and verbal
• Passion for technology
• Stay up to date with current with Industry with Industry certifications and training to keep the team up to date on best practices and emerging technologies.
