Business Change Lead

Our Project Management Operation is currently seeking a dynamic Business Change Lead to support our Private Shopping programme.

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the design, planning, and integration of essential business change initiatives, crucial to the seamless delivery of our Private Shopping Programme.

This presents an exhilarating opportunity to actively contribute to the realisations of our growth strategy for the relaunch of our esteemed Private Shopping service. As the Business Change Lead, you'll occupy a central position within the Programme Leadership team, serving as a trusted authority in devising and executing change strategies essential to achieving our programme's objectives.

Your primary mandate will involve crafting meticulous change management strategies and executing comprehensive plans aimed at maximizing employee adoption and utilisation while minimising resistance.

This role is  a 12 month fixed term contract to support our private shopping programme. It is Monday to Friday office hours and is hybrid.

About You

Your extensive experience in orchestrating large-scale change management will be instrumental in this role. You will confidently craft comprehensive change management plans, encompassing robust communication and engagement strategies, to ensure a cohesive framework for guiding teams through transformative initiatives.

You will also:

• Have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal to articulate advantages and ramifications of change initiatives to employees and stakeholders.
• Use your influence to foster buy in and facilitate widespread adoption
• Have impeccable organisation acumen to navigate multiple tasks and competing priorities
