The Elite Business Development Manager is responsible for supporting both the Private Shopping strategy and wider Harrods UHNW client relationship strategy, with a specific focus on initiating business opportunities through researching and understanding the UHNW sector and following up in a strategic manner.

The Elite Business Development Manager will work closely with the Head of Private Shopping to formulate strategies and activities which will drive business development, trade and engagement with UHNW customers and those highlighted as potential within the assigned portfolio(s) and area of focus (e.g GCC, China, business to business, Royal & Ambassadorial, Russia, South America, )

Furthermore, key responsibilities will include playing a fundamental role in working with the Harrods B.E.D Leadership team to execute an appropriate client strategy to re-engage, acquire & grow clients.
