Business Intelligence Developer

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to join our IT team at Harrods. You will be responsible for analysing requirements, modelling a modern, flexible and robust BI environment to support agile Visualisation. As the Business Intelligence Developer the role will get involved in all aspects of developing and maintaining an Enterprise Data Warehouse and producing data visualisation and reporting solutions.

About The Role

The role will be take an active role in designing, developing and implementing an Enterprise Data Warehouse, based around SAP BW/4HANA technology. SAP ECC6 and EWM will form main source of data for Product, logistics, and Finance, as well as various other systems for Customer and Employee data

You will work with the Business Intelligence Analysts, the Data Engineers, the Master Data Management function, as well as the business stake holders, to ensure data is of the right quality and granularity and serves the business needs. They will also act as a point of contact with one or more lines of business areas.

About You

The ideal candidate will have demonstratable experience of creating and maintaining Queries, including CKF / RKF as well as architecting and Modelling data warehouses on BW. WE are looking for someone who has previous experience in developing visualisations in SAC, AFO and BO and an expertise in working with BW4/HANA

You’ll have exceptional Communication skill, with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation and stakeholder management. You'll have experience of working in an agile, fast paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in priority, and a focus on continuous deployment
