Christmas Temporary Sales Associate - Lakeside

We are now looking for full time Sales Associates to join our H beauty store here in Lakeside. This will be a temporary position supporting the business across our peak Christmas period. Sales Associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating moments of magic for those visiting the store.

With the most iconic beauty and hair care brands under one roof, our Sales Associates are experts in guiding our customers through the world of skin care, hair care and beauty and their knowledge and passion is obvious. It’s a fast based, high footfall environment all under the bright lights of some of the most well-known and up and coming names in the business.

About You

You’ll be responsible for providing a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and Harrods brand. You’ll be passionate and highly enthusiastic about all things Christmas.

You will also:

• Have great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
• Have the ability to remain calm, and measured even when under pressure.
• You’ll be resilient, and adaptable to your audience and environment believing that anything is possible.
• Be a problem solver, asking questions and listening effectively
• Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
