About you

Your key focus will be to drive sales and service performance through your teams while taking care of their welfare and development.  Day to day, you’ll need to be passionate about customer satisfaction and improving the shop floor, as well as being full of ideas and energy. It’s essential that you can make a quick impact, so you’ll need experience in managing people.

• Exceptional people management skills
• Hands-on approach
• IT literacy  (including  Word, Excel, Power Point )
• Previous experience as a Technology Manager
• The organizational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly
• An eye for quality – we take pride in everything we do for the customer
• Reliability, hard work and customer focus – your standards will become your team’s
• The judgement to know when to flex your leadership style
