About You
You are a strategy focused manager who also loves to motivate a team. You are energetic and take care in your approach with your team. You’re always thinking outside the box to innovate your area.  You have a genuine passion for going that extra mile, not just with customers, but with your team by training, mentoring and supporting them in their career development. 

What to Expect
It is a contact centre environment based in Hammersmith. You will be sitting with the Continuous Improvement team and your main role will be to provide guidance to the 3 operations assistants who provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Contact Centre and in store teams.

Adopting an innovative and collaborative approach you will encourage and support your  team to deliver operational change and customer experience improvements across all customer touch-points. Ensuring the Harrods brand values are reflected in all interactions and processes, you will solutions focused and continually looking at the bigger picture,
