About You

You will be experienced in analytics of systems! Passionate about efficient processes, as well as able to explain them in layman’s terms to those of us who are less data savvy! You will be experienced in SQL and very confident in intermediate excel techniques.

Although you are analytical, you will be commercial in your approach, understanding business needs and ensuring you are cost effective.

Working with both customers internal stakeholders, you will be a strong communicator and able to explain processes to people at all levels.

What to Expect

You will be driving new processes to assess the requirements for a project and communicate them to the wider business in an understandable way.

Supporting the Harrods Rewards Programme Operationally, you will be providing 1st and 2nd line support as well as testing solutions and new initiatives.

Working with stakeholders on all levels and related third parties to define, document business processes and requirements for initiatives.

You will be the leader in defining the business problem and primary objectives of new projects to then identify and validate the key business requirements. As part of this you will be adaptable and skilled in a multi-tasking environment.

Please note, you may be required to support at weekends/on call from home.
