Demi Chef De Partie

Our second H beauty has launched in Milton Keynes, bringing more magic, innovation, and theatre to the beauty market. This exciting new H Beauty concept is all about bringing customer experience to life, allowing them to creatively engage with and learn more about the beauty products they are purchasing, while enjoying a fun and creative retail environment where food will play an essential part. The Demi Chef de Partie role is to act as a vital part of the team by supporting the running of a section and providing support to the Chef de Partie and other team members, ensuring a smooth operation. You’ll actively provide direction and support to the team to deliver the operational requirements of the day as required.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining daily production levels and guidelines for the section as directed by the Senior Chef, ensuring that quality standards are met. You’ll assist the management in planning and forecasting of stock and orders, also supporting with the organisation, stock rotation and labelling of food stored. You’ll guarantee that Food Safety standards are adhered to by enforcing the high standard of hygiene and sanitation in all-food related outlets.

Having a great knowledge and passion for food and drink is essential. You’ll have great time-management skills and a strong customer focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. You’ll have exceptional interpersonal skills and a good attention to detail, which will be evident through paperwork completed, organisation of department and sufficient stock levels.
