Our Dispatch team in Knightsbridge have an exciting opportunity to join their thriving team as a Dispatch Operative.

About the Role

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the Dispatch Operative will work as part of the Dispatch team to ensure all customer deliveries are received on-time and any queries arising from these deliveries are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. As well as, ensuring all operational activities and equipment are maintained to a high standard on a daily basis to ensure a first-class delivery service.

Responsibilities may include, assisting with collections from the store for general shopfloor orders and assisting with the Courier Desk and any special taxi deliveries. Ensuring all parcels are packed to a high standard and housekeeping is maintained at all times. As well as, providing the admin team support with any urgent requests.

About You

You will have excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task. Additionally, you will be a confident communicator, and you will be able to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance. Ideally, you will have great attention to detail whilst working under tight deadlines and you will have the specialist expertise and skills and use them to perform the job well.
