We are recruiting a part time Divisional Coordinator to join our high-performing Food Halls team in our iconic Knightsbridge store, supporting operational excellence within a globally recognised luxury brand. In this role, you will ensure seamless processes that enable our teams to deliver the world-class customer experiences Harrods is known for. 

About The Role 

As a Divisional Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and effective running of the Food Halls, enabling teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences through strong operational foundations. Working closely with management, you will coordinate scheduling, communication, reporting and administrative processes, while building strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders. 

You will also: 

  • Support rotas, daily deployment and training schedules 
  • Coordinate team communications, briefings and updates 
  • Provide administrative and HR support, including onboarding and meetings 
  • Collate KPIs, reporting and customer insight 
  • Ensure efficient, consistent operational processes across the division 

This role is fully site-based, working 2 days per week across Monday to Friday. 

About You 

You are highly organised, detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality work with a proactive, can-do approach. With a genuine passion for supporting others, you bring resilience, flexibility and a solutions-focused mindset, alongside the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across stakeholders. 

You will also bring: 

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines 
  • A customer-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail and personal accountability 
  • A resilient and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability to change 
  • A confident communication style, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams, styles and levels 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, alongside a high degree of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
