Our superb Employee Relations team is looking for an experience ER Advisor to join them in supporting our stakeholders to achieve the best for their teams.

About the Role
This is a key role which partners across every business area, under the wing of an ER Specialist, and surrounded by others at the same level for support. You’ll provide an exceptional ER service, delivering quality, consistent advice, sharing knowledge and building the capability of line managers. You will do this by building positive relationships with employees and line managers, and by continually improving execution of HR policy and processes within the business.
You will need to balance a large reactive caseload with a proactive approach to reducing issues and delivering appropriate interventions. You’ll provide employee relations support and case management, predominantly managing behaviour, absence, performance, maternity/paternity, flexible working cases within a business area.
As the ER Advisor, you will maintain a strong knowledge of employment law and Harrods People Policies and Processes, ensuring we are legislatively compliant, efficient and doing the best for our employees. You’ll be responsible for maintaining record keeping on HR Systems ensuring accuracy, data integrity and consistency.
About you
You will have previous experience as an ER Advisor and have strong customer service skills, being always friendly and empathetic. You’ll be able to process high volumes of work accurately and always drive improvements. You’ll have great knowledge of GDPR compliance and legal and be keen to empower managers with this information.

- You’ll have solid communication skills and have a high level of written communication and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work with data and reporting, ensuring accuracy.
- Working knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies & processes.
