You’ll have a true passion for food and customer service. You will demonstrate a can-do attitude; take pride in everything you do and have meticulous attention to detail. You will aim to provide the best experiences to our customers, always going above and beyond to make their visit to Harrods Food Halls unforgettable.

What to expect

As a Food Halls Demonstrator, you will be an ambassador of our brand and food hall standards, providing a complete and unrivalled shopping experience. Delivering the highest standard of service by demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and building quality customer relationships to maximise sales and create customer loyalty and repeat business.  As Part of this role you will also have some office work responsibilities, regularly working in our buying offices assisting the buying administration to schedule supplies and monthly rota and checking stock quality and supply.

This role works any 5 of 7 days on a shift-based rota between the hours of 9.30am and 6.30pm.
