This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
About the Role
In this role, you'll take ownership of H beauty's social media, driving engagement and elevating brand presence across TikTok and Instagram. This hybrid role, based primarily in Hammersmith, includes regular solo travel to our UK stores to capture content and collaborate with teams on-site. It’s an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and strategic mindset while representing the H beauty brand.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Driving social media strategy through engaging content on TikTok (80%) and Instagram (20%), including storyboarding, filming, editing, and captions.
• Managing relationships with H beauty stores and insiders, briefing and collaborating on content to highlight local news and trends.
• End-to-end production of content, from ideation to execution, with a focus on organic social media while supporting some paid campaigns.
• Regular solo travel across the UK, including overnight stays, to visit stores such as Edinburgh, Gateshead, and Glasgow, with day trips to others like Lakeside and Milton Keynes.
• Proactively staying ahead of trends and aligning content with strategic goals to target key demographics.
About You
You will thrive in this role if you are passionate about beauty, love creating social-first content, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll have a proactive approach and confidence to work independently within a creative setting. You will be an expert in crafting engaging, trend-driven social media content, with the ability to manage the entire process from ideation to execution. You will be confident on camera and possess strong self-filming and editing skills, ensuring all content aligns with H beauty’s brand values and goals.
You will also have:
• A deep understanding of the beauty and wellness industry, paired with a strategic mindset to ensure your content aligns with broader business goals.
• Excellent time management and organisation, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills, both on and off camera, with the ability to collaborate effectively and advocate for your creative ideas
