Host/ Hostess

Here at Harrods, we currently house more celebrity chefs, and exclusive dining brands than any other location in the UK. Through our journey, we drive ourselves and inspire others to always push for more and to create moments of magic for our customers. You will be joining a passionate, supportive, and award-winning dining team, all within our iconic Knightsbridge store. 

Do you pride yourself on giving outstanding customer service? 

We are looking for a Host or Hostess to be the welcoming face in one of our wonderful restaurants here at Harrods. Positive and friendly, you will thrive in a team environment. With your previous receptionist or hosting experience, you will deliver exceptional customer service and be passionate about a career at Harrods. The ideal candidate will have been previously employed at a hotel or high-end restaurant in a similar role. Experience using restaurant booking systems would be a bonus. Additional language skills are also highly desirable for this role. Whether it’s Arabic, Mandarin, or Italian, we are always keen to cater to our international clientele.

• This Host position offers a salary package of up to £34,230.00 per annum* (this is made up of a generous base salary plus service charge) 
• Set contracted hours – paid additional working hours at an overtime rate of 1.5 p/h 
• Minimal late evenings by industry standard – majority finished by 10pm
