In this HR Business Partner position, your role is key to the operational and strategic performance of multiple business areas within Harrods, including: IT, Finance and Customer, Digital and Strategy.
This role will partner directly with C-Suite directors, taking full responsibility and accountability for people plans and actions, advising and acting commercially.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this role contributes to the successful embedding of corporate HR initiatives, ensuring local business requirements are accounted for in the design and delivery of such initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that key cyclical people-related activity, such as Talent, Succession Planning and Reward Management, are executed exceptionally.
Collaborating cross-functionally across the business, you will enable the business to perform successfully, balancing the identification of risk with professional challenge.
You’ll be joining a very efficient centre of excellence model, and a fantastic HR Business Partner team within which you will find support, advice and collaboration. Meeting weekly, this team shares knowledge, ideas and market updates, and as such are the backbone of our business.
About You
You’ll have had previous successful experience in an HR Business Partner function, having partnered with senior and/or director-level management, ideally with C-suite exposure. You could be someone looking to step up into this C-suite level of role.
You’ll have previously worked with a large headcount and have experience of organisational design and structure changes, change management and project management. You’ll have previously worked with data insights and statistic interrogation, knowing how to translate these into actionable insights.
We require experience within the Digital, Finance or IT space, with a genuine interest to move into supporting these areas in our luxury business. CIPD qualified, you are a naturally curious person who stays on top of HR and people trends, and is keen to be part of a warm, thoughtful, commercial team.
