About the role

The IT Department at Harrods provides support for all information and communications systems within our luxury store in Knightsbridge, the Hammersmith Head Office and all other subsidiaries of the Harrods Group through both internal and external support teams.

The Harrods IT Graduate Scheme consists of rotations within the IT Team over a 2-year period. Successful Graduates will have the opportunity to experience working for a number of different teams within our IT department, giving you an insight into the growing IT landscape within Harrods. As a Graduate in IT, you will gain valuable exposure to both the technical and non-technical areas of the department. From Project Management and Business Analysis to Data Analytics, Infrastructure and Cyber Security, you will gain an in-depth understanding of how the various teams and systems function and interact. The Graduate Scheme will be tailored to your interests, skills and strengths, allowing us to help you identify a rewarding and sustainable career path in IT. Through mentoring from senior managers and tailored training you will be supported to develop both your technical and professional knowledge.

About You

You will need to have:

• A 2:1 degree or above (IT related degree preferred but not essential)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• PC literate, e.g. Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties
• Excellent time-management skills along with the ability and willingness to multi-task
