Lettings Negotiator

We are recruiting for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Harrods Estates on Brompton Road in Knightsbridge.

About the Role

Harrods Estates is the Luxury Property Division of the Harrods group, with over a century of local expertise and the global recognition of the Harrods brand. If you're an experienced Lettings Negotiator, this opportunity allows you to join a small and well-established team, working with exclusive clients and luxury properties.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:

• Arrange property viewings
• Generating repeat business
• Ensuring smooth running of the Lettings process for both tenants and landlords
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure compliance
• To work with alongside and promote 'cross-over' with the Sales department in Mayfair Office

About You

As an experienced Lettings Negotiator, you will have extensive knowledge of prime Central London and especially in the Royal Borough of Knightsbridge and Chelsea lettings market. Armed with this experience, you will be confident in working autonomously as well as collaboratively with the wider team in order to exceed the yearly Lettings target.

The ideal candidate will also have:

• A proven track record of exceeding KPIs
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in dealing with tenancy agreements, renewals, etc
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Awareness of Anti Money Laundering policy
