About the role

As a Personal Shopper, your responsibility will be to engage with clients who require a lifestyle service. Manage a portfolio of clients conveying gravitas and confidently cultivate relationships in order to introduce new customers to the service. As Harrods Personal Shopping is ultimate personal shopping destination , you will offer the best advice on shopping, travel, Art, food/drink and Restaurants.

About you

Experienced individual who has managed a portfolio of UHNW clients for many years. You will have strong relationships with your portfolio of clients and can demonstrate how this has resulted in commercial success. With a strong business acumen, you can make informed business decisions that are right for your portfolio. You will thrive working in a fast-paced environment during pressuring situations. As an individual you will be discreet and professional, confidently meet and greet clients, always aiming to provide outstanding customer service. Your strong people skills allow you to confidently work a room at an event and acquire the right type of client for Harrods Personal Shopping Service.  In this role, you’ll ensure that the department and team are always portrayed as professional, courteous, approachable and efficient. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, be exceptionally well organised and thrive in an environment which requires that you think on your feet.
