Location – Based at our Thatcham distribution centre 3 days a week, the rest can be based at home.

As a Resourcing Partner, your role is to ensure we are attracting, sourcing and selecting people to become a part of our story. You will always act with initiative, confidence, conviction, good manners, determination, and care, all in the pursuit of excellence, making sure you are always delivering the art of the possible.

Our distribution centre is at the core of our business and as the Resourcing Partner dedicated to this area, you will need to support all permanent & temporary recruitment needs whilst also managing agency relationships. This is a fast paced, high volume and ever evolving role, that is critical to the success of our Resourcing strategy.

We are a large, busy HR team with expertise in Recruitment, Employee Relations and Learning & Development. As we work quickly, you’ll need to do the same. The business looks to us to help us find exceptional talent to do exceptional things every day.

About you.

As a resourcing professional, you will be responsible for recruiting high calibre candidates ensuring you follow all the relevant stages of the recruitment process including, briefing, attracting, sourcing, screening, interview and offer management. This includes all position types including permanent, temporary, fixed term and contract as well agency management. You will be accountable for designing different recruitment processes to deliver the best candidate experience and calibre to the business whilst also maintain the integrity of our recruitment system.

You will be responsible for informing all stakeholders involved in the resourcing process by providing accurate and regular communication, ensuring you build effective relationships with line managers; to educate and manage their expectations regarding the recruitment process.

You are also responsible for regularly reviewing the candidate’s experience; looking for ways to improve and continuously raise the bar for the candidate journey.
