Sales Associate - Jellycat (Toys)

From adorable soft toys to iconic collectables, Jellycat has become one of our most beloved brands within the Toys department. As a Sales Associate dedicated to Jellycat, you’ll bring energy, warmth, and product knowledge to create playful, memorable experiences for our customers of all ages. You’ll enjoy a package that includes a salary of £27,450 + team bonus, as well as access to our renowned Harrods benefits, including generous discounts across our store and restaurants.

Please note, this is a fixed term contract, ending in February 2026.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate for Jellycat, you will be the expert on one of our most in-demand toy brands. From classic bunnies to seasonal favourites and limited editions, you’ll delight customers by guiding them through our collection and helping them choose the perfect Jellycat companion.

Your role will be to combine the “Art of Selling” with genuine enthusiasm for the brand, ensuring every interaction feels personal and memorable. You’ll also take ownership of the Jellycat space, maintaining high visual merchandising standards, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, and keeping displays playful, inviting and in line with brand expectations.

You will:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and tailored advice on the Jellycat range
• Meet and exceed daily sales targets through proactive selling and upselling opportunities
• Take ownership of visual presentation, ensuring Jellycat displays are engaging and always shop-ready
• Champion the Harrods Rewards scheme, encouraging customer loyalty
• Handle stock replenishment, till transactions, and customer queries with efficiency and professionalism
• Support with customer feedback initiatives to continually improve the service and experience in Toys

About You

You’ll be a customer-focused professional with experience in retail or hospitality and a genuine passion for delivering world-class service. You’ll be reliable, punctual and polished, taking pride in your appearance and the Harrods standards you represent.

You will also:

• Bring an enthusiastic, playful approach that resonates with the Jellycat brand and its customers
• Have excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with both adults and children
• Be highly organised and detail-driven, ensuring stock and merchandising are consistently well managed
• Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, staying positive and proactive under pressure
• Be ambitious and sales-driven, motivated by targets and excited to contribute to team success
• Demonstrate discipline and professionalism, setting the standard for excellence in your team
