SAP Analyst

This vacancy is an exciting opportunity for a SAP Analyst to develop solutions in SAP ECC and EWM and integrate with other SAP modules such as BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud, in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

About the Role

The SAP Analyst position will report directly to the SAP Lead Analyst, within the SAP Logistics IT function. The role will be accountable for the overall design, configuration and development of small and medium solutions in ECC and EWM. They will be responsible for the delivery of business change initiatives by designing, developing, maintaining and supporting the solution, always adhering to industry best practice whilst working to a common application strategy to ensure SAP functions run efficiently and effectively.

About you

Our ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience SAP retail Logistics . You will have experience of developing, configuring and supporting a major functional area such as ECC Logistics (MM/SD), EWM, etc. (preferably related to SAP IS-Retail). We are looking for someone with experience in effective problem management and issue resolution in a support environment, as well as demonstrable experience of delivering solutions on time to agreed SLA’s and project plans.

Further to this, experience in producing and maintaining appropriate support documentation for the department is desired. You must be an effective communicator, with the ability to manage customer expectations and communicate within the team regarding the delivery of the overall SAP landscape, complying with agreed operational process, system maintenance and any regulatory requirements.
