As our Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work with our internal teams and Procurement division to ensure effective management of capital project costs and to drive cost savings across all projects.

You will have a proven track record in a Quantity Surveying role with a relevant degree and be RICS certified.  You’ll work through Harrods approval and tender processes and ensure all contractors are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure terms and delivery is consistent. Working with the Procurement team, you’ll take part in commercial reviews with all relevant internal and external parties. You will drive cost savings across our projects by working with all suppliers, contractors and our project teams.

In this role, you’ll not only be focused on current projects, but also working with the Financial team to plan for future projects, ensuring our tendering process is robust and provides the most commercial outcome possible. As such, you’ll have solid experience managing this tender process and be able to implement new ways of working to produce commercial results.
