Talent Coordinator (Concessions)

We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our Concessions HR team here at Harrods to provide a pivotal role in ensuring we deliver diverse quality products and services to our clients while maintaining the best customer service.

About the Role

The Talent Coordinator (Concessions) will support the Concessions Partners with the onboarding and offboarding activity and high-volume Concessions requests. You will uphold the onboarding and offboarding compliance standards in Workday.

Job Responsibilities.

• Ensuring all of our Concessions candidates attend the Harrods Induction and ensure the induction guidelines are followed
• Booking and coordination of the candidates in line with Induction dates to support the
  needs of the Concession demands and peak trading dates
• Maintain the accuracy of the Concessions Workday user population, onboarding and
  offboarding where necessary
• Provide accurate and consistent information to all parties involved in the Concessions process

About You

The ideal candidate will always act with initiative, confidence, conviction, good manners, determination, and care, all in the pursuit of excellence, making sure you are always delivering the art of the possible.

You will also have the following

• Clear communication both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Good understanding of the employment law and company policies guidelines
• Highly organised with excellent time management
