We are now looking for a commercially astute, creative and customer centric Bar Manager who has the passion and experience to lead this world class bar experience.


Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Bar Manager will have a 360 degree scope of all commercials for the operation and will be responsible for managing the Moët & Chandon Champagne Bar space and leading the business and team in a manner that will ensure that all parties’ expected standards are maintained at all times.

About You 

You will bring with you demonstrable experience of managing a bar and it’s teams in a world class hospitality environment including full responsibility of P&L, menu development in line with brand identity and in collaboration with the ops manager and departmental chefs, stocktake control/process and NPS. 

You are able to effectively use all available tools to analyse sales performance weekly and monthly; and will review and take corrective action where necessary.

Managing teams is something that you will have extensive experience of; identifying and delivering training, coaching teams and enabling them for success. You communicate messages effectively to your team, whilst also managing rotas, and managing the entire employee lifecycle.

You will have experience of co-creating and owning marketing plans for current and future needs within the local and wider industry building the bars profile. Building content for social media channels, whilst empowering your teams to self-promote and the bar operation is also something you will have owned previously.

  • The Bar Manager position offers a salary package of up to £51,600.00 per annum* (this is made up of a generous base salary plus service charge)

*The amount you receive will vary and is not guaranteed by either Harrods Ltd or the Troncmaster. However, the Troncmaster will always distribute 100% funds available each period according to the Rules, a copy of which will be provided to all members. All staff in the Front of House team share the funds equally between members based on the number of hours worked including approved annual leave.
