We are looking for a Beauty Group Marketing Manager to join the Brand Experience Division, who will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing plans for Beauty across Harrods Knightsbridge.
This is a Maternity Cover until July 2024
About the Role
The Beauty Group Marketing Manager will be driving the overarching marketing strategy, awareness campaigns, and major commercial moments for beauty. You will provide guidance on any marketing trends nearby/competitors and any new tools. With your knowledge of the macro trends and influences in your divisional area of expertise, you will be able to shape and improve each campaign/marketing strategy.
Working with the Head of Marketing and Director of Beauty, you will develop a customer-centric marketing strategy that measurably contributes to the highly ambitious customer and revenue growth targets, whilst maintaining a brand evolution view to the core. Working with the data and insight provided by the Customer Insight Team, you will identify opportunities with key audiences to influence marketing campaigns and activity in line with the set customer strategy.
You will work in partnership with the Content, Creative, Loyalty, Marketing, Retail, and wider Brand Experience Division Teams to deliver integrated marketing projects. You will work with Partnerships to amplify commercial partnerships with brands across key calendar moments and the right marketing channels. Working closely with the merchant team and Brands, you will set the appropriate KPIs mapped against the Business and Customer strategy. You will build the annual beauty marketing calendar, detailing key Marketing themes, and category focuses, support global brand partnerships and support brand strategic priorities.
About You
The successful Group Marketing Manager will be commercially minded with strong leadership skills and an ability to communicate, influence and manage key stakeholders across the business. You will apply customer, market, and commercial knowledge to develop the marketing plans for these new exciting businesses as a part of Harrods portfolio. You will have a track record in building brand marketing and retail marketing strategies that contribute to the growth and success of a business.
We are ideally looking for an individual with previous marketing experience in beauty, that has experience in managing budgets and leading a team. On top of that, you will be somebody with a positive, can-do attitude and comfortable dealing with ambiguity. You will have the capacity to deliver within a fast-paced operational environment and be commercially minded, with a KPI focus and ROI mentality. Above all, you will be a team player with a willingness to adapt to different situations and points of view and be an ambassador of the Harrods brand.
