Brand Specialist - Alexander Wang

We’re looking for an exceptional and passionate Brand Specialist to join our team in Alexander Wang.

As a Brand Specialist you will be the face of Alexander Wang to our customers, and will be responsible for providing a complete shopping experience that is unrivalled by our competitors. You will understand the importance of building long lasting relationships with clients and have experience of high sales transactions and be able to demonstrate exceptional product knowledge whilst being an ambassador for the Harrods brand. You will also understand and properly execute all systems and POS procedures to ensure prompt and efficient sales transactions and full compliance.

This is a permanent role for Mandarin or Arabic speakers

About you

• Previous experience within retail
• A genuine interest and passion for Alexander Wang
• Be a fluent speaker of English and either Mandarin or Arabic
• Self-motivated to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge
• An out of the box thinking mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• A strong ability to work within a team
