We are looking for a Concessions HR Services Manager to join our team at Harrods.
About the Role
The Concessions HR Services Manager will lead a high performing team taking full responsibility for the HR lifecycle of a concession worker in Harrods. The primary focus of this role is to provide operational HR Administrative and Recruitment services to our Concession Partnerships, underpinned by strong processes, accurate systems and data, and defined by SLA’s and metrics.
Our Concessions are a valued part of the Harrods family, so whilst their colleagues are not directly employed by Harrods, we do provide a HR service for certain processes, we also oversee adherence to Harrods policies and standards, and we support our brands so they have a seamless experience of operating within the Harrods environment. So a key focus of this role will be on communication, building out a strong operating model, and developing mutually beneficial relationships with our brands.
The team is split into 2 key areas : HR Services and Recruitment. In HR Services we provide support on HR processes, queries, administration and system maintenance (Workday). In Recruitment, we oversee a Store Approval process that ensures we have the best talent working in Harrods, who are assessed and onboarded in line with the Harrods Resourcing strategy and methodologies.
About you
We are looking for a strong People Manager with proven experience of working in HR Shared Services and/or HR Operations. Proven experience in Resourcing will be a strong advantage. You will have the ability to define and drive SLA’s and KPI’s, empowering a high performing team. You will be process driven with experience effectively planning managing a high volume of work accurately and to deadline, with the ability to organise large sets of data.
You will also have;
- Experience of HR systems to drive data compliance
- Clear Communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- Knowledge and experience of Resourcing and HR Shared Services processes
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to develop good collaborative relationships with HR and key business stakeholders.
