About the Role

As a Continuous Improvement Executive, you’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, implementing impactful changes, and measuring results. Working closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager and cross-functional teams, you’ll help embed best practices and deliver meaningful improvements that make a real difference for our customers and colleagues.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Supporting projects from planning through to implementation and review.
  • Analysing processes and feedback to identify and prioritise improvements.
  • Coordinating initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with improvement goals.
  • Building strong relationships across teams to embed best practices.
  • Tracking and reporting on the impact of improvements using key metrics.

This role follows a hybrid model with three days in our Hammersmith office and two days working from home. Occasional travel and flexibility may be required to support projects and business needs.

About You

You’re a proactive problem-solver with a passion for streamlining processes and creating better experiences for customers and colleagues. Comfortable working with data and collaborating across teams, you bring a structured approach to delivering meaningful change in a fast-paced environment.

You will also have:

  • Experience supporting improvement initiatives, ideally in customer service or operational settings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage smaller-scale projects independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen (desirable but not essential).
