We are looking for an Account Assistant to join our Partnerships team at Harrods on a 6 month FTC. You will be supporting our Corporate Service team in ensuring that the day to day operations of the department run smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role 

The Account Assistant ensures that world class customer service is delivered at all times and demonstrates expert luxury product knowledge whilst building quality relationships storewide to assist with the execution of corporate orders.

As the Account Assistant, you will be supporting the Sales Manager and the Corporate Senior Account Executives with incoming client sales enquiries. You will be assisting the team with customer orders and the sales cycle from enquiry to end delivery. Supporting with the shared inbox, and able to execute all relevant POS systems and Harrods sales procedures to ensure prompt and efficient sales transactions and full compliance.

You will support the team with administrative tasks such as databasing, data entry of customer orders and sense checking of data. You will be assisting with the Corporate gift card orders and tracking gift cards and the activation requests for gift cards. You will be picking items from the shopfloor and consolidating corporate orders across the store. You will be using Intelligent Shipper to track orders, and assisting with orders on SAP.

About You

The successful Account Assistant will demonstrate in depth knowledge of luxury brands in Harrods to meet the needs of customers. You will consistently aim to provide the highest quality service, and have strong customer service skills. You will be flexible and adaptable, and have a high level of attention to detail, good organisational skills and time management.

You will also:

  • Be responsible for contributing to an open and effective communication channel within the team.
  • Attendance and time keeping in line with the department standards.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft office.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and multitask.
