About you

With a strong record of shop floor or retail customer care experience, you’ll be a resilient team player with a can-do attitude. Most importantly you’ll bring the empathy, patience and diplomacy to reassure customers, overcome challenges and deliver the highest standards of customer service. Self-motivated and organised, you build strong relationships quickly and have the listening and communication skills to inspire confidence in others.
