About the Role 


As a Junior Photographer, you’ll work closely with stylists and the studio production team to capture consistently strong, commercially focused images of Harrods products. You’ll support the smooth running of the studio by preparing sets, maintaining equipment, and ensuring every image meets our creative and technical standards.

  • Capture high quality, well lit, colour accurate images in line with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with stylists and production teams to select images that meet Shoot/Style Guide requirements
  • Build, break down, and maintain sets while ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly
  • Manage your workload effectively to meet daily and weekly targets
  • Accurately name, archive, and quality check all digital assets


This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week at our City Road location.

About You


You will bring a strong eye for detail, a passion for studio photography, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment. You’re confident working with lighting setups, directing models constructively, and maintaining a consistent workflow under pressure. You’ll be self motivated, organised, and eager to grow your technical and creative skills. Your communication style helps you build strong working relationships, and you take pride in producing polished, professional imagery.


You should have:

  • Technical knowledge and hands on experience with studio lighting
  • High proficiency using Mac systems, Photoshop, Bridge, and Capture One Pro
  • The ability to stay composed, organised, and efficient while meeting daily targets
