Our Health and Safety team are now looking for an part time Administrator to assist in the creation, formatting and review of existing and new Health and Safety documentation.


About the Role 


In this role, you will be responsible for updating Health & Safety documents as required by the Health and Safety Officer, collating and analysing existing Health & Safety data to produce weekly and monthly reports. Additionally, you will maintain record-keeping systems, assist with induction schedules, and organise monthly Health and Safety meetings in collaboration with the Health and Safety Officer and third-party agency providers. Attendance at relevant meetings, note-taking, and distribution of minutes will also be part of your responsibilities. Organising monthly Health and Safety meetings and managing Corporate Health Services bookings will also be key aspects of your role.

This part-time role works 16 hours per week with flexible scheduling. However, Mondays are mandatory to maintain consistency in reporting. 


About You 


You will bring excellent attention to detail, showcased in meticulous paperwork and department organisation. Your strong work ethic aligns with our Harrods values, allowing you to perform duties effectively with minimal supervision. 


You will also have:
•    Experience in a similar administration role, preferably within a Health and Safety team. 
•    Proficiency in MS Office, especially SharePoint and Excel and database management.
•    Exceptional customer service, communication and time-management skills.
