Our HR Operations team is looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to join the broader HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR strategic projects and any major people programme related activity.
About The Role
As the HR Project Manager you will work closely with Executives, Directors and Heads Of, and be able to move from high level direction and ideation into purposeful execution and delivery. You will work with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
You will also;
· Coordinate the activities of the project team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
· Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project stakeholders
· Lead the project closure process and evaluations including but not limited to post project reviews, documenting lessons learned.
·Put together exceptional PowerPoints and updates for Steer Co’s, workstream meetings and leadership and executive updates.
About You
The ideal candidate will be an expert project manager and be fully conversant with project management methodology, and have direct experience of leveraging project management tools to effectively manage project workflows and ensure successful project outcomes. It is important that you have worked in HR projects and transformation previously, and have a strong and broad understanding of HR specialisms, centres of excellence, people technology and people strategy.
You will also have the following;
·Experience in leading cross functional teams and fostering collaboration to achieve project objectives
· Ability to manage and deliver in parallel multiple projects and tasks across a broad range of areas
· PMP Qualified
· High attention to detail.
·Experienced in effectively managing project crisis
· Clear communication skills both written and verbal
