Lead Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to join out IT team here at Harrods. The role will report to the Data Analytics Manager.

About The Role

This role of the Business intelligence Analyst Lead has overall responsibility for Stakeholder and portfolio management. It is responsible for maintaining consistency across all the lines of Business backlogs, ensuring all reports, analytics and visualisation are built to the development standards and guidelines.

You will also;

• Be accountable for reporting license management & forward planning, e.g., analytics cloud licensing
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence analysis
• Anticipate and represent user community in IT strategy regarding analysis requirements
• Recruit, develop and retain high-calibre team members who are dynamic, proactive, and responsive to business requirements.
• Own the relationship with Business SMEs, supporting them with prioritisation and being responsible for cohesion across the overall portfolio
• Support with analytics approaches and one-off analysis projects where required to support SME teams

About You

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task. It is important that you have previous experience in using visualisation tools, including: SAP Analytics Cloud /SAP Analysis for Office, SAP Business Objects and Power BI, Tableau, etc.
