About You    

               

You will have experience as a marketer and be passionate about what you do. As a key part of the wider brand experience division, you will be an excellent communicator, and confident in speaking with stakeholders at all levels across the business.

As this is a project and campaign focused role, you will be experienced in liaising with various departments to ensure the job is done to exceptional standards. You will have experience in managing cross channel campaigns for a luxury business. You'll have a deep understanding of social media and content strategy, email strategy, and website planning and experience with editorial content and/or influencer engagement.

What to Expect

  • You will define and deliver strategic projects alongside our Group Marcomms Manager for fashion campaigns and projects.

  • You will understand the existing Harrods brand positioning and how to maintain and develop this.

  • Nurturing and building key relationships with brand contacts.
  • Regular reporting of the Marcomms strategy to the relevant internal stakeholders, which will include completing relevant and appropriate reports and documents.
  • Work with the Project Delivery Team and Events Team to organise and deliver Customer/Brand Events and Retail Theatre.
  • You’ll be in constant contact with other teams across the brand experience division- particularly the Performance Marketing Team and the Creative Production Team, as well as the customer insight team. You will then use your findings to influence marketing strategy and decisions.

  • You’ll work closely with the Editorial team to deliver relevant information and driving relevant content for your division.

  • You will demonstrate in depth knowledge of the Macro trends and influences in your divisional area of expertise to help shape and better each campaign or Marcomms strategy.
