Associate Talent Acquisition Partner
We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of engaging marketing campaigns and customer events across H beauty stores.
About the Role
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Marketing & Events Manager and Marketing Executives in delivering the divisional marketing strategy, with a particular focus on campaign execution and in-store eventing across H beauty locations. You will be hands-on, highly organised and comfortable working across multiple projects, helping bring marketing plans to life while ensuring activity is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and in-store events across H beauty stores
- Managing project administration, trackers and documentation to ensure campaigns run smoothly
- Owning and maintaining the eventing schedule, working closely with stores and brand partners
- Collating marketing assets, performance reporting and campaign wrap-up materials
- Assisting with budget and PO management in partnership with finance and wider teams
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You
You will be an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment and enjoys working across both creative and administrative tasks. You will be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, communicating clearly with a wide range of stakeholders and adapting quickly as plans evolve. You will bring strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in marketing, events and the beauty or retail space, with a willingness to occasionally support off-site or weekend activity when required. Most importantly, you will be someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and building effective working relationships.
You must have:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
