Harrods are recruiting for Marcomms Executive to work in our Customer Marcomms Team focusing on our Middle East and International customer markets. This role reports to the Group Marketing Manager - Customer and sits within our Marcomms team, as part of our wider BED (Brand Experience Division).

The Marcomms Executive is responsible for supporting the Customer Group Marcomms Manager in their delivery of the Customer Marcomms strategy for our Middle East and International customer markets. With an in-depth knowledge of our customer strategy and a wealth of market understanding, you will support delivery of the key messages across the communications plans.


Supporting the Group Marcomms Manager - Customer you will actively contribute to strategic discussions, identify and set relevant KPI’s and execute the marketing strategy ensuring a structured and cohesive approach with key focus and clear targets. You will develop an understanding of our UHNW strategy, how it relates to our Middle East and International customer markets and implement this strategy amongst your key stakeholder groups, particularly through digital channels.


Whilst primarily working to deliver the on-going strategic Marcomms plans for our Middle East and International customer group, you will also liaise with the project delivery team in supplying relevant knowledge and assets required to deliver against all relevant briefs. You will work closely with the Project Delivery Team and Events Team to organise and deliver Customer/Brand Events and Retail Theatre in store and internationally.


The ability to nurture strong global connections, to support our Marcomms strategy for the Middle East and International customer group, and deliver campaigns that reach our key audiences in market, internationally and in the UK.  Utilising your strong analytical skills you will regally report on the Marcomms strategy to the relevant internal stakeholders.  A second language such as Arabic would be highly advantageous.
